CBS sets fall rates for Ghost, NCIS, and More

There are plenty of shows returning to CBS fall season. Ghosts returns as well as the most popular NCIS and FBI franchises. New shows such as Fire Country and The Real Love Boat will also be premiered. 60 Minutes, The Equalizer and East New York premiere outside their normal times.
