Inti Creates announced that they will develop a new game titled Grim Guardians: Demon Purge for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. No release date has been announced.
Against the demons: Demon Purgetells the story of two demon hunters named Shinobu Kamizono and Maya Kamizono, who resurrected in the demon castle that appeared where their school was. Players make a quick transition to both characters during gameplay. This mechanic can quickly take on platforming and boss encounters.
Fans of Inti Creates will know that character is one of the stars of Gal*Gun: Double Peace. Further, more enemies from the series will be found in this new title.
A double-player game also features the ability to play the same time. There are also various difficulty options called the Style System, but players can expect a challenge for veteran players. The game mirrors the classic English translation.
Shinobu Kamizono uses long-ranged attacks while Maya Kamizono uses strong ranges to improvise. The player must consider the situation when they decide which sister to control as they make way through the castle to find out what happened to his school and its students.
