This year, gamescom will be opened again by Geoff Keighleys big show Opening Night Live. Now, the first details have been published about what we have to expect.
Even though no major showcases and press conferences have been made public yet, it’s at least certain that the gamescom Opening Night Live will be reinterred this year. The well-known gamesjournalist Geoff Keighley will lead through the show and it’ll likely be the most important new announcements of the fair.
After only the stage of the event had been confirmed so far, Keighley himself now let further information follow by Twitter. The Opening Night Live will, therefore, last two hours. During the presentation, more than 30 games will be shown on the stage, including some world premieres.
On Tuesday, August 23, @gamescom opening night live streams from Germany.
The live show will run with millions of fans.

The event will be broadcast on July 23. Fortunately, a few thousand fans come back to the audience, giving the show a completely different look. It will be Monday until 8:30. German time; you can live on YouTube or Twitch.
At least one of the more than 30 games was confirmed a little later. According to Keighley, the future Sonic Frontiers look is actually pretty much in perspective. That new game from Subnautica makers, which will be released by Kraftons and the PUBG makers, has also been confirmed for opening night Live since yesterday.
