By bringing open eyes to full catalog of phones that Xiaomi presented in 2022 is only available to all who remember the birthdays of the entire family without having to look on Facebook. Though not making all the tidbits, and simply growing it, Xiaomi is expanding its catalog. In all families, we have an ultra, a new Redmi K50. The third person in competition comes off the top of the podium.

An undisputed king of Redmi for 2022 was the King undisputed for 2022.

We already knew two versions of the family: the standard Redmi K50 and the Redmi K50 Pro. In order to help simplify things, Xiaomi unveils the Redmi K50 Ultranow powered by the latest of Qualcomm: the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. Clearly, the brand knew the need for a second-half renewal, but it came back to the next level to leap onto this SoC.

Compossed by Qualcomm’s excellent processor, the Redmi K50 Ultra boasts 12 GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, both at full speed (LPDDR5 and UFS 3,1). With a set of external heatingsinks that reach 3725 mm2, there is a total of 2500 mm2.

The front mirror is pretty clean except for a hole in the 20-megapixel front camera. This hole is made of 6 inches tall OLED display with 1.5K resolution, with 120Hz refresh rate and a fingerprint reader. It shouldn’t cause any light damage in the area.

The rear camera module is rectangular and very similar to the Xiaomi 12-year-old family. The company has chosen this Redmi K50 Ultra a sensor for 100 megapixels made from OIS mechanically stabilized by Samsung. This sensor is accompanied by an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera and a typical 2-megapixel macro fill sensor.

The Redmi K50 Ultra, with its superb graphics, does not only retain a resonant battery, but also an anthem of high quality: 5000 and 120 volt respectively. The software is based on the layer 0 and 3 of MIUI and 8 of Android.

As is often the case with Chinese launches of Xiaomi, this new K50 Ultra Redmi can now be reserved in this country and it will still remain there. It wouldn’t be strange if Xiaomi brought it to Europe, but I would do that with another name (POCO F4 GT Pro or Xiaomi 12T Pro, for example). While this name is changing with the arrival of internationalization, a mobile can be purchased in China at the following price:
