In fact, after four new announcements and 10 returns being announced, THQ Nordic included fourteen video game projects in its Digital Showcase 2022 this evening, which you can watch on full on the embedded video below.
For those who only have a limited amount of time to watch it or who prefer tl;dr mode, here’s a summary of the games that were showcased at the stream.
Newly Announced
Alone in darkness.
Reimagining the original trilogy seeks to shock you and reclaim your memory. Upon arrival, many legends of the past have become reimagined as the infamous location of the city. The book Alone in the Dark was developed in Sweden by Pieces Interactive and will be available on PC, Xbox One & PlayStation 5 on March 17th.
Tempest Rising
The story of the most famous RTS ’90s and ’60s, Tempest Rising is a classic base-building strategy game set in a modern-day alternative history war scenario. Three unique factions fight for a rare alien mineral called Tempest. Play epic stories or make out multi-player games against your enemies. Tempest Rising for PC is developed by Slipgate Ironworks from Denmark.
Space for Sale.
Space the final procedurally generated frontier! Space for Sale follows the adventures of a cute little astronaut on the mission to discover strange new worlds, seek out new life and build an attractive real estate to sell what he has never sold before. Space for Sale is a sandbox-based exploration and survival game, where your work as a property developer is to build great estates for your demanding clients. The game is being developed for PC by Mirage Game Studios in Sweden, known for Little Big Workshop.
Wreckreation
Racing is awesome. This is a very nice job. The development studio Three Fields Entertainment has created a mixed-action event for Wreckreation. With the so-called live mix you can build and alter your racing track while you are racing on it. Add a new curve, place a ramp to jump or simply put a giant rubber duck in the way, that’s all you have!

Gothic
Time to start with the colony. The remake of the most famous German RPG ever is on development for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox S/X by Alkimia Interactive. The latest video invites you to descend into the deepest mine. Do you want to face the dangers lurking in the dark?
Jagged Alliance 3 – p.
Grand Chien needs help, and there’s only one mercenary organization that can help the people get back to their country. Jagged Alliance 3 is a strategic campaign with combat and RPG-based intensive focus. Train your mercs, collect equipment and form a militia to get the enemy back to the ground or hold conquered markets. You are the army and the commander who must give Grand Chien a free place. Haemimont Games developed it for PC.
The new beginning for the Outcast 2.
Cutter Slade is returning. The Talans are fighting a desperate war against human invaders. Only Cutter can block the Talans from being exterminated in order to put the groundwork on the path to a great deal of peace. Developed by Appeal Studios, Outcast 2 is coming soon to PC, PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series S/X.
Stackable SquareStaff The Kosmic Shake is a Cosmic Shake.
Are you ready, kids? SpongeBob a new fantasie adventure! SpongeBob and Patrick are traveling to a wide array of Wishworlds and wishingworlds with their unique limits and laws, such as Wild West Jellyfish Fields or the Halloween Rocks. Developed by Purple Lamp, who brought you battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated, embark on this new 3D platformer, which’ll be available to PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch soon.
Fight Fight Forever: AEW – Fight Forever!
THQ Nordic and All Elite Wrestling has joined forces with prolific wrestling-game developers YUKEs Co. Ltd. of Japan to bring you AEW: Fight Forever! This game is combining nostalgia for arcade wrestling with all elite wrestling finishers and moves. With an extensive roster of AEW talent, multiple match types, a powerful career mode, more than 40 weapons, and many more! Sooner, on PS4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox S/X, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
The two-year-old Knights of Honor: Sovereign Honor.
Your kingdom is building up, Sire. Honorarians are an arm of the medieval kingdom (in the Eastern European or Northern Africa) to hold a crown and command to become the power of empire, of merchants, diplomats, spies and clerics in the world. Developed by Black Sea Games, Knights of Honor II: Sovereign will soon arrive on the computer.

The hunt is almost on! The latest trailer for Way of the Hunter takes care of the biggest hunting game of every season. Way of the Hunter was developed by Nine Rocks Games on August 16th.

The Valiant
In The Valiant you will give a band of brothers through the medieval Europe to stop the evil monster: Ulrich von Grevel. He has tried to get a mythical, powerful artifact that gives a rare powers to him. He needs to be stopped and kept at all costs. The Valiant was developed by Kite Games and is expected to come to the computer soon.
