Sardar Udham (2021)
The massacre of the Jallianwala Bagh is the worst in Indian History, and also making it the driving force and the other atrocities of the British Raj. Sardar Udham is the award-winning Shoojit Sircar movie that has won over everyone. The film, which was produced by Rising Sun Films in collaboration with Kino Works, is biographical from the life of the freedom fighter, Udham Singh, who was responsible for the murder of Michael ODwyer.

One more biographical drama, Hershaah, is about the Lionsel King, nicknamed Vikram Batra, who was a martyr during the Kargil war. This film, “Dharma Productions” is based on the film Vishnuvardhan’s Hindi directorial debut, and was written by Sandeep Shrivastava. A great world hit, RRR took off its feet with the epic action drama. A savior of Rajamouli’s family wrote a film with Vijayendra Prasad. This film is a fictional film but is based on the real-life experiences of two Indian revolutionaries: Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem. The two fights against the British Raj and witness the undocumented period of the lives of those revolutionaries.

What is Independence Day celebrating if you don’t watch a spy thriller? Alia Bhatts Raazi is just what you need. The movie is adapted to Harinder Sikkas 2008 novel called Sehmat. This story based on a true account of an Indian RAW lawyer who heirlooms to a Pakistani military family for the mission of a western India to make a sense of what was already known as the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.
A role of that sort of actor with more prominent actors such as Vicky Kaushal, Rajit Kapur, Shishir Sharma and Jaideep Ahlawat also has been played by Bhatt as the protagonist. You can stream it now here.
