Tom Holland is on social media on the way home as a Spiderman. The actor returned to Instagram to let out that he had been taking a break from social media and focused on his mental health.
Tom Holland had been absent from digital platforms and came back to make some important announcements, reports Deadline. A video on Instagram proved that he’d struggled for about an hour trying to talk down what the words they were going to use.
According to Deadline, in Tom Hollands first announcement, he said that I have no choice but to break the social media and get my mind sorted out, because Instagram and Twitter are overstimulating, overwhelming. I’m caught up with the stress and spiral when I read posts online, and it makes me feel bad that my mental condition is compromised. So I decided to keep an eye on the app and remove it.

Deadline reveals that his return to Instagram aimed to raise awareness for the charity stem4, an education programme that helps young people manage their mental health. There is a horrible stigma against mental health, and I know that asking for help and seeking help isn’t something that we should be ashamed of but it’s something that is a lot easier said than done.
Tom Holland said he tried all of the applications in the programme and that they have been fantastic and really helpful.
Before he finished the video, the actor said he’ll disappear from Instagram again, and said that he’ll get better. Thanks for your respect and support. I love you all and I’ll talk to you shortly.
