20th Century Studios has announced a new feature that will feature Avatar: The Way of Water, which was a long-awaited action sequel, scheduled to go to theaters on December 16.
They also reveal what they love about the sequel while continuing to tease the introduction of Jake and Neytiris children.

The sequel is directed and written by James Cameron. This one features the return of Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Joel David Moore, Dileep Rao, Stephen Lang, Matt Gerald and Sigourney Weaver. Other cast members include Kate Winslet, Edie Falco, Michelle Yeoh,Vin Diesel, Jemaine Clement, and Oona Chaplin, among other aslaters.
The story of the family that follows them is unknown, the rage of their family’s stories and problems, the struggle they get, the battle to keep the lives of their friends, and the tragedies of their families’ adventures, says the official synopsis.
Two other films are planned, and Avatar three on December 20, 2024 are tentatively planned, and Avatar 4 sets for December 18, 2026, and Avatar 5 on December 22, 2028.
