Ghostbusters: Afterlife and destruction: A new supply has been announced for 2023

Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, which was released only in October, isn’t over at the end of 2022, because there should also be a whole new year’s content. The makers announced a corresponding plan now.

In Ghostbusters: Faults Unleashed in 2023, the 4v1 hunt is continuing. As reported by the men at IllFonic, a new year’s game will always be fresh and lively.

The map called Ghostbusters Unleashed was set up at launch. IllFonic want to add another location to The Facility in 2023. The facility closed in the mid 1980s and was acquired by private investors in order to renovate and refloot the facility. Unfortunately, this place is haunted by ghosts and the builders refuse to enter the cursed health center.

That’s why the design director explained what makes this map unique. The place’s age shows the map, and the location gives a unique atmosphere to it. The builders are civilians; the renovations discovered why the building had to be shut at that time. Winding hallways and medium-sized rooms are combined in a way that gives the gameplay a more intimate, oppressive character. The design, sowohl for Ghostbusters as well as ghosts, is a good choice for playing. We’ll publish more about that shortly.

You can also start with a new spirit: Muncher. The cheeky fan favorite has been the most requested so far and will soon be haunting the game. The first DLC also offers a wide range of customization options for the player characters. This post follows the release of the DVD.

Of course a further amount of work is planned for each quarter over the further year. There should be also patches for quality of life.
