According to data shared, players have taken more than 500 million flights and flown more than 40 billion miles. In this number, the Earth is a million-dollar trip and the 200-square-foot trip from the Earth to the Sun is a full-service trip.
Since the games released 27 months ago, the games have now received a total of 27 monthly updates. A year ago, Microsoft Flight Simulator 40th Anniversary Edition celebrated its 40th anniversary.
That update includes four classic commercial airfields, ten glider airfields, 12 new aircraft, 14 heliports, 20 classic missions from the past, and more. You can also find Urban Renewal, which will regenerate five cities in Germany.
Microsoft says its exciting plans are currently in 2023 and beyond. With that in mind, people can expect more updates to come.
Microsoft Flight Simulator is available via Xbox One or PC with Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Game Pass, Steam, or on Xbox One with supported mobile devices and low-end PCs.
