The streaming service set the release date for Guillermo del Toros Pinocchio at 3 o’clock. PT on December 8 on Friday. The animated show will follow the adventures of a wooden boy who wants a place in the world. A star-studded voice unit will be composed by newcomer Gregory Mann as the titular wooden boy, Ewan McGregor as Jiminy Cricket and David Bradley as Geppetto.

The project was developed by Jim Henson Company – and worked closely with Netflix on 2019sThe Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance.
