When we first saw the Tecno Phantom X2, all we could say was it was ugly. The leaked low-res images showed that Tecno had simply placed the gigantic array of cameras on the back, haphazardly.
There are no moviles used by a traer camara de 200 MB, ha oh a novo Samsung.
The device has finally been announced, and we have to say we weren’t wrong about at least one thing: there is a compelling reason for these cameras, though the phone is still not alluring high-resolution images.

The defining feature of the Phantom X2 Pro, and perhaps the only thing worth noting, is the portrait camera, not only because of its high 50MP resolution, but also because of its retractable properties. In reality, when we activate this camera, the camera screams from the back of the mobile, so that we can take pictures with a 2,5-x zoom, with an aperture of no less than f/1.5, something good for us, especially in the sector, and more for a 65mm lens.
The Samsung 50MP sensor lets you to get more light, and therefore better photos regardless of the weather and time of the day. This camera allows us to get a bokeh effect, unlike the vast majority of mobiles which simulate it with algorithms. We’re talking about this blurry effect that is embedded in the background of the subject while we’re photographing, and it allows us to better split the two parts of the photograph. And for all this, we have to add the 2,5-x optical zoom.
Only the Pro model has this special camera, but at least the main camera of the two models is worth mentioning, because it’s an RGBW sensor with a white sub-pixel, with a 60% more light, whereas one of the lenses has glass instead of plastic as usual.
Sadly, Tecno decided not to adopt any optical stabilization, but at least all the cameras have autofocus, thus allowing the wide angle to be used as a macro camera.
With all that, it can be explained that the camera is in this position, and with this design, in theory, that the resonator’s mechanism is needed, although perhaps something else could’ve been done. There is an exception: the rest of the mobile sections are mediocre, whereas the MediaTek processor has a DSC processor, which is not even the top of the range, although the 6 pixel panel has enough slam, to use a 100 ml panel which does 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
The Tecno Phantom X2 is currently only offered in Saudi Arabia. It’ll cost 2700 riyals (683 dollars), and the Pro model with video camera will cost 3500 riyals (885 dollars).
