Rohit Shetty is the CEO of mass Bollywood with the addition of Deepika Padukone (Om Shanti Om, Pathaan) as the first female cop of the franchise. The director will also collaborate with the acclaimed actress after his comedy-drama Chennai Express (2013).
The actress has been seen recently on Cirkus, a newly released album entitled Current Laga Re. The new movie stars Ranveer Singh in the lead role and will be his second film with Rohit Shetty, and next up with Simba.
