The companys CEO, behind some of the best retro consoles on this website announced that an entire collection of devices to be released worldwide was stolen in a robbery in the United Kingdom.
Byatt, whose witty game Blaze Entertainment performed it excellent Evercade vsHe wrote the statement, not only to keep fans updated but also specifically to those who have pre-ordered one of the devices that were reportedly stolen, so don’t have to buy the consoles they paid for until replacements can be made.
Byatt says that in the early hours of December 6, a truck carrying the Evercade EXP Limited Edition was targeted by an alleged robbery and that despite the injury of anyone, unused units were intended for the shipping to all customers in the United Kingdom, US and Rest of the World.
No one’s an American customer, nor do they buy the regular edition Evercade EXP because only limited edition units were stolen. Byatt adds they’re currently working with the police of the UK and hope to recover stock but, in the event that doesn’t succeed they have started manufacturing replacement units.
To compensate those who have now been waiting for their orders, Byatt said they are creating an hero list that is being added to our EXP console credits to thank those who are at the time will be left to us. Since the consoles were only available on their official website and now sold out, Byatt reminds people that any units sold somewhere are likely stolen goods.

The full explanation is below.
Dear Evercade customers and fans, please.
I’m writing to inform you of the very sad news. In the early hours of yesterday morning, a truck carrying the Evercade EXP Limited Edition was allegedly targeted and robbed. No one was injured in this crime, but a theft of our limited edition stock happened.
The stock was moved between warehouses, so it was sent to all customers in the United Kingdom, United States and the rest of the world, and then all was stolen in this asso-organized attack. They’ve been in trouble for the EU warehouses and have successfully arrived in the Funstocks European warehouse.
Since we learned about the crime, we worked tirelessly and effectively for the purposes of answering the question, phoneing the police, and examining the situation.
It’s particularly devastating to our most dedicated fans who have supported us by pre-ordering our special limited edition version of the Evercade EXP. We’re extremely feeling this impact and am determined not to let this situation overshadow the excitement about our new product launch. This is an unprecedented situation in the history of Blaze and Funstock and we feel the most sincere sympathy to all of our fans and customers who were victims of this theft.
At Blaze, we’re extremely frustrated and angry. Unfortunately, for these products so fast to release, the timing didn’t have any better. We passed the UK Police all the information, namely the evidence of the theft. We are waiting for the news of their investigation. While we hope to keep stock on, we expect this will be tedious and very expensive. We’re trying hard to get this right for limited edition customers. Please note the EXP Limited Edition can be bought only through Funstock.co.uk and isn’t on sale anymore. All other sources are probably stolen.
What’s in your house next?
I started the production of replacement parts for this equipment in our office, and we’re able to make sure that these replacement parts are made from all over the world. We are aware that this will be disappointing for our customers. At the same time, we thank them for their patience while we remanufacture the goods, so we will create a list of heroes that we add to our EXP Console Credits, and thanks them for being stuck with us at this time. We also have a screen protector set and a promotional coupon, which is 20 cents off a future order.
We truly believe Blaze and Funstock customers are victims here. We apologize for the impact this event will have on your lives. We hope all of our customers will join us in condemning these criminals and make sure that this event doesn’t stop us from enjoying the classic Evercade gaming experience.
