Rockstar confirms Newer Patch/Content Heading to GTA Online before New Year!

Although I certainly don't know how to become an expert in this subject, it was my view that Rockstar Games was pretty likely to get in touch with GTA Online to start doing much work and development in order to concentrate on upcoming releases. When will it be out?
