The Kashmir Files was selected to the Swiss International Film Festival.

A year since his release in March, Vivek Agnihotris The Kashmir Files continues to make news beyond the box office. The movie has been selected for the official selection of Switzerland International Film Festival recently. The film has been criticized for being the inauguration of the International Film Festival of India in Goa.

Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri said he was happy to say that The Kashmir Files were selected in the OFFICIAL category of the Swiss International Film Festival.

The film is a heart-warming film that captures the pain, suffering and struggle of the Kashmiri Pandit community during the exodus of 1990. Apart from sparking a huge debate regarding Kashmir and the spectre of terrorism, the film garnered 340,92 crores worldwide.

In November, the jury head and the Israeli filmmaker, Nadav Lapid, had sparked a controversy describing the film as propaganda and vulgar.

Agnihotri and Pallavi Joshi have already decided to film the film The Vaccine War. The film will be a novel if India has started to develop a traditional vaccine against Covid-19.
