It’s a question of such a thing as Vikings, the famous norse warriors, and that’s why we’re discussing that topic in this article.
No matter what this article is, it will be a list of the 11 best anime about Vikings. However, it will be in various contexts and settings, so don’t take just pure historical titles. They are not ranked in any way specifically, but rather listed in a basic storyline and plot detail so you can see why you should watch them and what they are about.

They live there for a while until Ronjas father apologizes to Ronja and accepts Birk as a family member. The rival gangs of robbers unify and Mattis becomes the captain of both gangs.
The subject of Ronja is much simpler than the Vinland Saga, but it is, meanwhile, an awesome Viking story. This CGI anime is from the famous child author Astrid Lindgren. It’s a book that’s designed for older and younger fans to enjoy in a unique way.
The Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok is the wolf.

This tournament will pit 13 mythologies from 13 powerful people who made history. If humanity wins at least seven of these 13 duels, resuscitation is the answer to the evils. But faced with the extraordinary abilities of gods such as Zeus, Poseidon or Shiva, the human representatives will have to triumph. They must hope to have a chance of winning. They could count on the help of the Valleykyries. As in the case of Volund, each of the 13 sisters will fuse with one of the thirteen mortal fighters and become a weapon capable of injuring the gods. That is how the gods will know, as the tournament progresses, that humans are not as weak as they think.
Record of Ragnarok isn’t a true Viking title. And while it draws heavily from Norse mythology, it’s quite liberal with its pity on mythology. There’s something for everybody in this Netflix article. Although the topic isn’t 100% identical, the brutality and the fighting atmosphere are something that fans will surely enjoy.

The strange alien Pillars that have appear in the world are in danger in 2020. Even atomic weapons could not stop them, but everyone was spared by the entrance of a kid who identified himself as Odin and gave his heroic wings in the form of planes and the ability to use the pillars of defense on the chosen ladies. He called Valkyries. S-rank Valkyrie Claudia was sent to Japan in 2025 from Europe after staking the Pillar here. She joins three women in fight against the pillars. Ragnarok is drawing for a little while by the time it is late.
Well, you’ll get to a Viking title without that show really being a Viking title. The Valkyries are fighter pilots sent by Odin to the Earth. There is more than enough action to satisfy our needs. In fact, the title is rather a fantasy book than any other one, so don’t expect a lot if you want a true Viking story.

Okay, yeah, Digimon Xros Wars isn’t a Viking title, but in second part, Olegmon has a mini-arc in this saga, who is a pirate/Viking Digimon, and the Olegmon episodes bring great significance to Vikings from the perspective of the Digimon franchise. It is child friendly, but still worth a watch. The figures present in question are four and four.

It is Olegmon again, yes, but this time, a completely different Digimon series the reboot of Digimon Adventure. That one is definitely more pirate-themed than that of Xros Wars, but to be sure that Olegmon isn’t as much like a Viking or a pirate, we decided to give it a try. But he, with his distinctive intelligence, helps a person in seemingly unlucky situations, and even helps to solve this problem.
With Halvar and his ships crew more or less strong, Vicky experiences exciting or dangerous adventures in every episode. At first he had to defend himself against the criticism of the team, but now he is turned into a massisco without which the Vikings no longer want to travel.
Vicky is actually a German-Austrian-Japanese co-production and is among the most popular children’s anime series of the 1970s. It’s a Viking title in every matter; while it is child-friendly, the whole lore looks lovely.
