Pandora is an imaginary planet in the Avatar franchise. It is a planetlike extrasolar moon that grew up in the Alpha Centauri system. Moons are all life-rich like the Earth; they carry beautiful flora and fauna. Here are the 10 largest creatures on Pandora seen in Avatar and Avatar: The Way of the Water.
Avatar is a short video of how to do this. Before you watch it the 2nd of 4:20, I must learn this before starting to watch it.
Thanator – 2,5 m tall.
The calomnia calululukan in the Nav language is a carnivorous animal that lives in the forests of Pandora. Thanator is considered a land predator of the same age as Pandora. They are powerful and ferocious animals and even the Navi are afraid of them, even though they are known for their braveness and hunting skills. Various researchers say that thanators can spot their prey even from 13 kilometers away. They have ten sensory quills that can sprout from sections of their armor that encircle their backbone, yet the function of these quills is still unknown. Their most deadly weapon, and not just their teeth, is their thin nose.
A stern-shaped warrior.
Navi is a nonterrestrial humanoids and exist on Pandora’s islands. Their skin is blue with bioluminescent dots, and their bones are driven by carbon fiber. They have an oval nose, and large yellow eyes. They had pointed ears that were similar to those of a cat. The Navi are much taller than humans, their body is slim and they have a tail for balance. Their technology is the same as the Paleolithic technologies of Earth, but they are highly intelligent, have a complex culture and a profound spiritual connection to every other life by Pandora.
Direhorse (4m tall)
Direhorse or Pali in Navi are horse-like creatures with long necks and small heads. They are Earth’s elephants, but have a neck that looks like Earth’s giraffes. They are allomnivores, and their diet is mostly limited to nectar and insects from a certain species of flowers, but they are trapped in the sap. They make pollination a powerful factor for the ecosystem. Direhorse can help hunts and battles. This rider needs to connect with the Direhorse via their neural queue. Once the Navis queue and the animals with the antennae touch, they can communicate motor commands through the neural interface.
Sturmbeest is 4.5 meters tall.
The strumbeest is a talioang in Navi, which grows up from buffalo to buffalo, a huge source of animal products from the Navi. They always have no enemies. They are territorial, and their principal defense against the predator is stampede. Their anatomy is different on Earth, they’re indigo-orange, they have six legs and they’re indiviscriminated. Average strumbeest wights minus 900 kilos. The Navi use these tools not only for food, but also for instruments. The chitinous armor can be used to build gongs if dried.
It was five million long.
Ilu is a huge sea creature used exactly like a direhorse. They look like Extinct species of Eraths. Ilu is a fast and light aquatic reptilian who has a wide neck, six flippers and a rudder-like tail. They also have four eyes and two queue antennae that forming the connection between the two drivers. The species is intelligent and sociable, and they are easily domesticated. Ilus are very important to communities that live in the middle of a reef like the Metkayina clan.

Mountain Banshee (10 meters long/14 meters long wingspan)
Podga or ikran in the languages Navi languages. Banshees in the mountains live like dragon-like creatures. They were tamed for use in the air on jungle explorers so they could go hunting and travel for long distances. Like the ilu and the direhorse, they connect a rider via a neural interface. But unlike Ilu and Direhorse, they’re hard to tame and are only the two who had one ride the whole life. For example, when Omiticaya Navi reaches an ikran who chooses them, they do so a ritual so they can overpower them through avoiding death, and form a connection to the animal.
Hammerhead Titanothere (11m long)
Great-looking Titanothere, or Angtsik in Navi, is a very large herbivore that has a very large resembles the Earth’s rhinoceros. The titanothere has four eyelets, a jaw-like mouth and six legs. Their armor is made out of overlapping body plates which only cover the front of their bodies and protect them from other animals. They have very poor sighting, but they have an amazing hearing and a strong sense of smell. Like an acrobatic bear, when a titanothere enrages his enemies, it lowers his hands and is charged at the perceived threat, and even mountain banshees fear it.
Leonopteryx (25 meters ) – Wingspan)
My own little child with a son is a bird from the Atlantic. Due to their magnificence and sheer size, they have a central role in Navi lore and culture. Their anatomy is quite a bit different from mountain banshees. They are yellow and red, with blue stripes on the head and under their lower jaw. They have carnivorous tummy and most frequently eat snakes that’s in the mountain and the tin are eat. Toruk is a giant creature, and its predators aren’t available. When a Navi successfully tames a toruk, he says they are awarded the title of “Toruk Makto”, which says “hero” that will inspire the people to victory in situations of danger.
Nalutsa is about 40 m long.
Nalutsas are a behemoth living in Pandora’s coastal waters. It can be seen jumping outside in the water near the shores. These animals have armored skin, 6 gills, 2 humpback flippers and a long tail with jagged flukes. Nalutsas have relatively small jaws because of their size and they live in shallow water, hence the reason for the fact that they sustain their size in such conditions is that they are able to sustain their size with a large size. Their principal strategy is to escape water and catch flying animals.
Tulkun (81,4 m long)
Tulkun is a whale-like creature that can reach a tremendous height of 91,4 metres. They are more intelligent than humans and have a built high society. Their superior intellect makes possible a tulkun way that is an ancient doctrine that prohibits all forms of killing. Like the nalutsa they live near-shore, they can leap out of water. Tulkuns have 4 eyes, 6 flippers, 6 blowholes on their back, and dark grey/blue skin. Their connections are tightly with the Metkayina clan, and they are considerate each other’s spirit brothers.
