Chain narrows market with new doughnut thats only available at select stores in Japans northernmost prefecture of Hokkaido. The reason why Hokkaido is blessed with the new doughnut is because its home to the star character which inspired it the Shima Enaga, known in English as a long-tailed tit.
Shima Enaga a tiny round bird thats often seen in snowy landscapes, and for this outing at Krispy Kreme it sits in a nest of adzuki red bean cream over a doughnut made with stone-milled Uji matcha.

A perfect addition for child-friendly doughnut, the fun presentation and dusting of powdered sugar help spice up Hokkaido when it melts.
Then its not the only doughnut coming to Hokkaido this winter, as chain unveils another regional exclusive called theKrispy Kreme Premium Hokkaido White Cheesecake(313 yen).
It is said to be rich in cheese, milky sweetness of white chocolate two of Hokkaidos specialties withparmesan cheese used as accent in topping for a contrast in flavour.
Sapporo Factory Store, Chitose Outlet Mall Rera, Sapporo Le Trois,Sapporo Pole Town-only two doughnuts on the menu from 11 January. Theyll only be available until 14 March or if stocks last, so get in early if you have any ideas on the best options as extras like these wont last long!
